These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and 1315926 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which develops and operates StickStash.
Using StickStash
You may use StickStash only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, the security of your devices and credentials, and the content you save or send through StickStash. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Accounts and connected services
You must provide accurate account information and promptly protect your account if you suspect unauthorized use. Optional integrations and AI providers are third-party services governed by their own terms. You decide whether to connect them and what content to send.
Trials, purchases, and subscriptions
Current prices, billing periods, and plan features are shown before purchase. Subscription plans renew until cancelled through the available billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. One-time licences apply to the app’s lifetime and the plan conditions shown at purchase. Taxes, payment processing, refunds, and consumer rights may be administered by our merchant of record. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you place in StickStash. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and complete actions you request.
StickStash and intellectual property
StickStash branding and product rights are owned by 1315926 B.C. LTD. or its licensors. StickStash source code and open-source components are governed by their respective licences, including the Apache License 2.0 where identified. These terms do not override rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Availability and changes
We work to keep StickStash dependable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and third-party services or platform changes may affect availability. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1315926 B.C. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from StickStash will not exceed the amount you paid for StickStash in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using StickStash at any time and may delete your account in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to developer@stickstash.app. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively.
